Very moving. Great option especially for those younger than 30 who did not live through the experience.

I had stood in the lobby of the South Tower 6 months prior to 9/11. Coming back, having watched documentaries over the years, my friends and I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the museum and the respectful atmosphere of the place . A brilliant exhibition and the involvement of family members in this museum made it very special Thank you for making it such a wonderful experience

An inspiring, informative and emotive museum. Very well thought out and laid out in a way that enables you to follow a clear and chilling journey of the day and the influences that helped lead to the events that unfolded. We ended up being here over four hours and still not sure we covered it all.

The special showing of the children’s art was particularly moving.

Great experience! Allow at least 2 hours to go through the museum. A must do when visiting New York.
